  • Free cancellation: Guests may cancel their booking free of charge up to 72 hours before the check-in date.
  • Late cancellation or failure to arrive (no-show): If the booking is cancelled less than 72 hours in advance, or if the guest does not arrive, 100% of the total amount of the booking will be charged.
