  • The iron and clothes drying rack are provided upon request and cost an extra €5 each. They are subject to availability.
  • During your stay you can request daily or weekly cleaning service at a cost of 35 EUR/cleaning.
  • Our apartments are air- conditioned by highly energy-efficient air conditioning, ensuring a comfortable indoor environment for all our guests in all seasons of the year, providing both heating and cooling in a sustainable way. In addition, the roof of the building is equipped with a solar panel system that helps to minimise the apartment's carbon emissions and reduces dependence on the conventional electricity grid.
  • If you are travelling to the centre of Santiago by car, you can benefit from a special rate for parking at the Cathedral Parking (C/Galeras 9-17). If you are interested, please do not hesitate to ask us for more information.
  • We also have a luggage storage service at the Cathedral Parking for all those guests who request it.
